Доставка была достаточно быстрой. В Украину, Кривой Рог, доставили Укрпочтой за 16 дней в сборной посылке. Заказывала с тремя доп насадками шлифовочными. Пришёл заряжен на одну из трёх палочек, Пользуюсь вторую неделю (3 раз), батарею пока ещё не заряжала. В целом очень довольна, только колготки пилит медленновато, нужно терпение как хозяина, так и животного. С продавцом не общалась, не было потребности.
