Sometimes we change our minds. At Womanfeeling, you, our loyal customer, are at the core of what we do and why we do it. We are committed to reacting and being responsible as we move forward with everyone’s safety in mind.

After logging in to your Womanfeeling account, you can return or exchange the product within the scope of our specified return and exchange policy.

You can receive a full refund within 28 days of the delivery date of your return application, or receive the product credit on the electronic gift card within 30 days of the delivery date of your return application. We will no longer accept returns 7 days after you sign for the merchandise purchased on the Womanfeeling website.

Since we have taken extra precautions to ensure the safety of our employees, it may take a little longer than usual (10-28 days) to issue your refund. Thank you for your patience during this period.

Sales of goods/return the goods

If returned within 14 days of the date of shipment, merchandise marked with a discount of less than 50s% can be refunded through the e -gilt card.

Sorry, there is no refund for the original payment method for sold or discounted items.

Sale items marked with a discount of 20% or higher are final sales.

The prices shown on the website do not include tax. Sales tax (if applicable) and shipping costs will be calculated based on the total value of the goods and displayed on your order summary page.

gilt card: Unless required by law. gilt cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. All returned merchandise purchased with a gilt card will be refunded to the gilt card as a merchandise credit


Orders purchased through Pay Pal are only eligible for refunds to your Pay Pal account when you send them back to us. lf you return an item purchased through Pay Pal in the store, we will exchange the item or issue you an item credit.

How to send an online return

Please follow the two steps below to complete online returns for online purchases. lf you want to return multiple orders. please contact our Womanfeeling customer service department to set up a return.
