Transportation restrictions

For orders shipped to remote areas, we can only reach your destination by standard shipping. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. We are currently unable to ship to post office boxes, APO/FPO and U.S. territories.

Ship to multiple addresses

Each order can only be shipped to one address. If your order contains items that need to be shipped to multiple locations, you need to place separate orders for each address. For company orders, please contact Womanfeeling customer service department for help.

Taxes and duties

The prices shown on the website do not include tax. Sales tax (if applicable) and shipping costs will be calculated based on the total value of the goods and displayed on your order summary page.

It may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to activate.

Reject shipment

We do our best to ensure that your items arrive intact. However, in case your box is damaged when you receive it, please accept it and contact Womanfeeling customer service department so that we can sort it for you.

If you reject your order or any part of it without our authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Redirect order

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct, as we will not be able to redirect the order once the product is shipped. sorry!
