Special Order

What is a special order?

good question! Special order items are items that have not yet arrived at us but can be purchased in advance. Once we have stock, we will send you a special order directly.

delivery date

We provide approximate delivery dates for each special order item. We do our best to ensure that your products are shipped on or before this date, but sometimes it may take longer than expected.

Order modification

If you need to modify your special order, such as the specified delivery address, please send an email to quleshopping@gmail.com, or contact us via online chat.

Credit card payment

After the order is placed, your credit card will be authorized to pay the full order amount, but your credit card will only be charged after the goods have been shipped and shipped to you.
We do not accept Apple Pay, Afterpay and PayPal as payment methods for special orders.

Gift card payment

If you are using a gift card, the funds used to pay for special order items will be deducted from the current balance on the card. If the total purchase amount exceeds your current gift card balance, the balance will be deducted from your credit card after the goods are shipped. Please note that gift card payments currently only support orders that contain a single special order item. If you try to order multiple items and want to use a gift card, please send an email to quleshopping@gmail.com, or contact us via online chat, we will try our best to help!
