Llego antes de lo que pensaba, tal como se describe. Llegó con muy buena presentación en su caja bien protegida y bonita. Las instrucciones son en inglés. Funciona correctamente. El enchufe es el correcto. Es un poco incómodo al principio por eso peso, pero una vez acomodada se aguanta bien. Sólo lo usé 10min y se nota una sensación diferente, cuando la pruebe por más tiempo y más seguido subiré más sobre los efectos. Gracias.

The package arrived very quickly. All works perfectly, tried it once so far on blue light, for treatment of acne. After 30mins session nothing visible happens but i can fell thigh tension in skin. I have tried phototherapy before and it worked well after couple of them. I wll be using up to 3 times a week. Will update on results later. So far no issues.

After I received I notice the product is only wrapped in bubble airpocket plastic , conclusion I didn’t read the smallest letters says (without box) , when I complain about it they response with a picture “without box” ….. I even Ask for 100 piece of this item…..NO ANSWER!!! Anyway they wrapped the products so much that it whas even more than a box …..how dum!…. Anyway for my 100 piece order I find a 5 star supplier

You get what you pay for. I personally will be investing a little bit more money in a better device. This is not practical by any means it is heavy and very uncomfortable. You need to be laying straight on your back in order for this to work some way. You may need to get a cushion for your nose as well because this is heavy and it puts a lot of pressure on your nose. I would not recommend this device.

It came relatively quickly. When put on it hurt. The machine is heavily and it feels like it really digs into your skull… will share the results later

Arrived 1 day after I ordered. I live in Australia. Mask works during my first use. Instructions booklet is brief and doesn’t read very well. The mask is quite heavy so you could only relax and meditate. there’s a slight plastic smile and hope it goes away after a few uses.
